Mike Rosenbaum

For over forty years, Mike Rosenbaum has represented businesses and injured people. During this time, Mike has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest ranking in their peer-reviewed national directory for lawyers. Mike founded this office over thirty years ago and in that time he has successfully represented thousands of clients. His emphasis is on personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and general business litigation (which he does for his clients and other lawyers.)

Mike grew up in Carver, Oregon, a small town outside of Portland near the Clackamas River. He attended Carver Grade School and then St. Johns Grade School in Oregon City. Mike graduated from Central Catholic High School where he was elected student body president in 1968. In 1967 he was elected Beaver Boys State Governor for the State of Oregon.

Mike moved to the east coast for college and graduated with honors from Harvard College (1972) and Columbia Law School (1975). During this time, he was one of two Oregon finalists in the Rhodes Scholarship competition. After graduating from Columbia Law School he clerked with the Honorable Otto R. Skopil in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Following his judicial clerkship, Mike practiced in the litigation department of Stoel Rives before going into private practice for himself.

Mike is currently a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In the past, Mike has been a member of the Multnomah Bar Association CLE Committee and a frequent speaker at CLEs on litigation related subjects. On a national level, he was the Chairperson for the American Bar Association Committee on State Legislation.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends, whitewater rafting, hiking, skiing, and assisting his wife Sherie in overseeing their restaurant, The Stone Cliff Inn.

Ashley's experience with the Rosenbaum Law Group includes representing victims from car crashes, bike injuries, complex civil rights claims, complex product liability claims, wrongful death claims, and premises liability claims.  During law school, she externed for Judge Janice Wilson in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and clerked at our firm.

Ashley Rosenbaum-DePalo is Mike Rosenbaum's daughter.  Because she was raised around our practice, the passion to represent injured victims is in her DNA.  She grew up in Carver, Oregon and attended Clackamas High School where she played basketball and volleyball.  She attended Occidental College where she continued to play both sports at the collegiate level.  In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, white water rafting, and doing home improvement projects alongside her husband Ryan.

Aaron Reichenberger

Aaron Reichenberger is a trial lawyer within the Rosenbaum Law Group whose practice focuses on representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death claims, bicycle crashes, and general personal injury claims.  He attended the Willamette University College of Law where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Willamette Law Review's 50th volume and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Prior to law school, Aaron worked for six years as a paralegal in the Rosenbaum Law Group. It was his experiences in this office, and the goal of personally representing victims as an attorney, that inspired Aaron to attend law school. Because of the above, Aaron possesses a unique blend of legal, practical, and administrative experience that enables him to effectively assist his clients in their legal matters.

Since rejoining the Rosenbaum Law Group, Aaron has successfully represented numerous victims in their claims against insurance companies or wrongdoers.  He believes his representation should provide three primary benefits to his clients: 1) navigating the complicated and confusing world of insurance claims on his client's behalf; 2) placing his clients in the best possible position so that they can focus on recovering from their physical, mental, and emotional injuries; and 3) maximizing the compensation his injured clients obtain from the wrongdoer's insurance company.

During law school, Aaron clerked in the Special Litigation Unit of the Oregon Department of Justice, where he worked on politically sensitive legal actions and complex litigation. Aaron also clerked here at the Rosenbaum Law Group. Finally, Aaron was a teaching assistant to Legal Research and Writing Professor Edward Harri.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family; reading; cooking; playing futsal and soccer; and rooting for the Timbers, Arsenal Football Club, and Denver Broncos.  He is a member of the Gus J. Solomon Inn of Court, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and he is a founding member of the Willamette University College of Law Portland Alumni Network.

Dylce Mick

Dylce Mick brings close to a decade’s worth of experience and skill to the Rosenbaum Law Group. She provides direct legal support to all three attorneys in our firm.

Prior to joining our team, she worked on both sides of the aisle—spending several years with first a personal injury firm before moving to a major insurance carrier. This exposure to both sides of the legal world has provided her with invaluable insight into effective facilitation and resolution of our clients’ cases.

Born in Guatemala, Dylce moved to Eugene, Oregon where she ultimately began her career at a local personal injury firm. She brings a lively attitude, a big laugh, and sharp wit to the firm everyday. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Dylce likes exploring the Portland culinary scene and taking advantage of all that our city has to offer.
